About Chelsea

Chelsea England began her journey with Broome in 2013 and, after a brief hiatus in the fall of 2022, proudly rejoined the team in June 2025. With over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership, including her most recent role as the Insurance Department Manager for a finance company.

Chelsea thrives on helping others—whether it’s supporting her teammates or guiding customers through their insurance needs. She finds the greatest reward in knowing she’s lightened someone’s load or helped a client feel confident and secure in their coverage.

A passionate advocate for her faith, Chelsea proudly shares, “I love Jesus!” Her professional focus is on insuring beach and mountain homes—properties that often come with unique challenges. Her goal is to remove the stress from the process and ensure customers walk away feeling protected and at peace.

Chelsea has been a licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent since 2015 and was recognized as a High Performance Leader in 2022.

Outside of work, Chelsea has been married to her husband, Cody, for 13 years. They have two energetic boys who keep them on their toes. Chelsea is a creative spirit who loves crafting—hand-stitching leather bags, painting hats and jackets, sewing, and embroidery are just a few of her favorite hobbies. She also enjoys playing volleyball, coaching her son’s soccer team, and recently joined the worship team at her church.

Chelsea is uniquely skilled at streamlining processes to help her team work smarter, not harder. She believes her primary responsibility is to uplift her boss, her team, and her customers. What sets her apart is her genuine care—ensuring clients not only feel properly insured but also valued and understood.
