About Cody

Cody Topp is a Business Insurance Consultant at Legacy Insurance Partners, joining the team in 2026. While new to the insurance industry, Cody brings nearly a decade of experience in aerospace manufacturing, including roles as an Account Executive and Program Manager. His background includes managing complex projects from initial development through production, giving him a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face.

Cody specializes in working with manufacturing and aerospace businesses, leveraging his firsthand industry knowledge to help clients identify risks and implement practical insurance solutions. He is passionate about building strong relationships and takes pride in understanding each client’s operations so he can deliver meaningful, long-term value.

Known for his problem-solving approach, Cody enjoys collaborating with clients and colleagues to tackle complex challenges. He believes the most rewarding part of his work is helping clients succeed and knowing his efforts directly support their goals.

Cody earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA from the University of Dayton.

Outside of the office, Cody enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylee, and their three children. He can often be found outdoors, golfing, working out, serving at church, or exploring the mountains. He’s also a big Ohio State Football fan and takes his morning coffee seriously.
