About Jerrica

Jerrica is a native of Hickory and joined the Broome Team in 2016.  She has been an integral part of our Health & Benefits division ever since.  A 2012 graduate of UNC Charlotte, Jerrica holds a double major in Communication Studies and Criminal Justice. 

Dedicated to delivering an exceptional insurance experience, Jerrica is passionate about staying informed on legislative changes and continuously strengthening her leadership skills. She is a 2021 graduate of the Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation’s High Performance Leader program and a 2022 graduate of Leadership Catawba through the Catawba County Chamber. She also served on the Leadership Catawba Advisory Board from 2022-2024. Most recently, she earned her Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) designation in 2024. 

In addition to her client-facing role, Jerrica serves as the Process Improvements Lead for our benefits team and represents the department on our agency’s Technology Team. Through these roles, she helps enhance internal processes and contributes to building a strong, service-oriented culture that benefits both our team and the clients we serve.

Jerrica got married in 2020 to her husband, Andrew, and they have a 2-year-old son, Levi.  She enjoys spending time with her family, serving on the kids’ team at church, and traveling.
