With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and workforce strategy, Rebecca brings a unique perspective to employee benefits consulting. Her background allows her to look beyond insurance costs and plan design to understand how benefits impact employee attraction, retention, engagement, culture, and the overall health of an organization.

Rebecca believes the best benefits strategies begin with understanding the employer. She works closely with clients to learn their workforce, business priorities, challenges, and long-term goals before evaluating solutions in the marketplace.
