About Shanna

Shanna joined the Broome Insurance Agency team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in 2017, and is a proud graduate of UNC-Charlotte. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, serving in both the captive & independent insurance markets- holding roles in Agency Management, Account Management, and Insurance Sales. 

Shanna is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and is dedicated to helping them navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care.

Shanna is a Certified Leadership Coach, and also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. In addition, she loves traveling, singing, music, walking outdoors, and watching basketball or football.
